I work as a clinical pharmacist in Outer West Newcastle Primary Care Network. My work mainly involves supporting people (targeted group) to look after their bone health with lifestyle changes and medication, if needed. I can also help people to get the most out of their medication by answering questions and providing advice to suit their needs the best.
