I’m a Clinical Pharmacist working across the Outer West Newcastle Primary Care Network. I started in the role in late 2019, before that had worked in community pharmacy since 2009. My role is to ensure that people with long-term health conditions are getting the best possible benefit from the medicines they are taking.
