Sharon Owers

I am a clinical pharmacy technician working in the Outer West PCN. My previous experience is mainly from secondary care having worked as a hospital ward based technician. Most recently I was working in the community as a warfarin clinician, testing patients in clinic and their own homes.  In my role I will be involved in medicines reconciliation of newly registered GP patients and patients being discharged from hospital and assisting pharmacists with their structured medication reviews.
