Sarah Devlin

I am a children’s social prescribing link worker working for Zone West at Healthworks within GP surgeries in the Outer West of Newcastle. We offer young people from the ages of 7-11 years old therapeutic interventions this includes; emotional, social, behavioural and physical support via 1-1 mentoring and active signposting that allows for integration within their local communities. My aim is to equip the young people I work alongside with a toolkit of emotional literacy skills and knowledge that allows them to face and solve any challenges they may encounter in life.
