As PCN Operations Assistant I work across all the surgeries and all our teams, wherever is needed to bring operational support. Whether this is managing appointment ledgers to organising meetings, simple tech support to troubleshooting systems. Part of my role is liaising with our contracted agencies for logistical support and communicating any changes within the PCN. I also I help to link the different teams across the PCN, for example strengthening the communication between reception colleagues and broader PCN. Helping to bring more services to more patients.
