Claire Richardson

I am a Social Prescribing Link Worker working in the GP Practices in the outer West of Newcastle. I work with children between the ages of 7 – 11. I support children with social, emotional, behavioural, and physical challenges by offering 1-1 support and active signposting.  As a link worker I develop personalised developmental plans in partnership with children, family members and professionals to determine strengths and identify goals alongside the necessary support to achieve them.
