I work as a Community Link Worker for the Outer-West PCN. As part of my role I’ll listen and learn about what matters to you. I’ll provide practical and emotional support, encouragement, and I will empower you to take control of your own mental health and wellbeing. I will also advise and support you to deal with social issues, and connect you with local groups/services that may be of benefit to you and your wellbeing. Prior to this role, I’ve been supporting adults experiencing challenges related to their mental and emotional health for over 9 years. I have worked both within the adult social care sector and the voluntary sector, and today I continue to be motivated to support adults in their recovery journey.
