I am a Community Link Worker working as part of the Wellbeing Team. My role gives you the opportunity to talk about what matters to you, provide practical and emotional support, encourage and empower you to take control of your own mental health and wellbeing, advise and support you to deal with social issues and link you in with local groups/services. This support is known as Social Prescribing.
