I’m working as one of the First Contact Physiotherapists in the PCN after recently joining the TIMS service as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist in the spinal team. Patients have fast access to us in the FCP role and we see a wide range of conditions. Faster access means that we can give timely advice on management and in the longer term this is a huge benefit to the patient.

I have moved to the TIMS service directly from another FCP role in the North East having previously worked in a community Physiotherapy outpatient team in Middlesbrough
