Counselling

Counselling is a talking therapy, offering you a safe and confidential space to talk.  Our counsellors will listen and help you to work through difficult experiences and emotions to help improve your emotional wellbeing.

The Outer West PCN offers short term counselling where you can explore areas such as low mood, anxiety, low self-esteem and confidence, domestic violence and abuse, childhood abuse and bereavement.

If you are looking for some help, but not in the form of counselling, you may be interested in our Path to Wellbeing Service
